Melissa

Melissa is a licensed Veterinary Technician who thrives on building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets. Born and raised in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, she brings both hometown warmth and extensive academic training to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Michigan State University, an Associates of Science from KVCC, and an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology from Baker College. At home, Melissa’s world is joyfully filled with her own pets: Felson, a 10 year old Australian Shepherd; Cleocatra, an 11 year old domestic shorthair cat; and Theobunny, a 6 year old Holland Lop rabbit. Outside the clinic, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local wineries, and being outdoors.
