Emma

Emma is inspired to work as a Veterinary Receptionist because it combines her love for animals with the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of medical care. She enjoys the variety of each day and the opportunity to support both pets and the people who care for them. She and her husband care for a flock of egg-laying hens of various breeds, who bring them joy by following them around the backyard and encouraging them to spend their free time outdoors. She holds a Certificate in Livestock Industries and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Michigan State University. She was born and raised in Michigan and loves traveling to Pictured Rocks Lakeshore to hike its wooded trails. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, watching football, painting and spending time with her loved ones and nephews.
