Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available. A "drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for evaluation. Usually we will ask you to "drop off" sometime in the morning so our doctor can examine the patient as time permits. Once the doctor has completed the examination, she or a member of her nursing staff will call you to go over any recommended tests or treatments, as well as schedule a discharge time.
Cancellation Policy
Due to an increasing number of “no shows” and same day cancellations, combined with a very high demand for services, we do require that you provide 24 hours notification if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to help other patients who may need medical care.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
