Cancellation Policy
Our goal at Friendship Animal Hospital is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. Due to an increasing number of “no show” and same day cancellations, combined with a high demand for services there will now be a charge for missed appointments and cancellations that are made less than 24 hours from your appointment time.
First offense of canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, arrive 10 min or more late, or a no show will not result in a fee. This will be documented in your chart, along with an explanation of our policy.
Anything following that first offense will result in a $35 fee that must be paid prior to future visits.
